1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use TCG Desk. You are responsible for account security, credentials, and all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use TCG Desk for fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, illegal content, copyright violations, credential abuse, automated scraping, or attempts to disrupt service integrity.

We may limit or block abusive behavior to protect users and platform operations.

3. Listings, loans, tournaments, and social interactions

TCG Desk provides tooling for publication, contact, tracking, and organization. Users remain responsible for listing accuracy (price, quantity, language, condition, foil, edition), private agreements, tournament reporting, and interactions with other users.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, TCG Desk is not payment escrow, shipping carrier, or direct party to user-to-user transactions.

4. Trading analytics and financial disclaimer

Signals, scores, expected return, risk, liquidity, and similar metrics are indicative tools, not financial advice or guaranteed outcomes.

Any investment or trading activity may involve capital loss. Final results depend on market conditions, execution quality, fees, liquidity, and timing.

5. Third-party data and integrations

Price feeds, card metadata, mappings, and exports may depend on third-party sources or APIs. Data may be delayed, partial, unavailable, or contain external errors.

Exports to external marketplaces can include omissions when mapping or catalog coverage is incomplete. Connected API tokens remain the responsibility of the account holder.

6. Intellectual property and user content license

TCG Desk code, interface, brand assets, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You keep ownership of content you upload, but grant TCG Desk a non-exclusive license to host, display, index, and process it for service operation, security, and support.

7. Free access and future changes

At this stage, TCG Desk is available free of charge. The platform may introduce limits, advanced options, or paid versions in the future, with prior notice where applicable.

8. Suspension, termination, and enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and restrict features for legal compliance, security events, repeated policy breaches, fraud risk, or platform abuse.

9. Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent compatibility, or error-free operation.

10. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or product changes. These terms are governed by applicable Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
